Peering / Torrenting Rules
Skytel is often chosen by Wexford people becasue we do not
A. Charge for overusage (unlike other providers that will charge you extra for going past their limits)
B. We DO NOT block access to cetain peer to peer sites.
Our network traffic shaping rules will slow down users that CONSTANTLY download or CONSTANTLY download during peak hours (7pm to11pm).
We advise to get the best experience without reduced speeds - that you : download during off peak hours 11pm to 8am . You must also turn off your torrent or peer to peer program to ensure it is not active during peak hours.

Anti-Virus
It is critical that you have up to date Anti-Virus protection othewise your computer can go slow, or you may loose valuable data.
We recommend FREE AntiVirus programs like AVG. Please see : FREE.AVG.COM
